See the attached Requirements List. Cadence Design Systems Inc is located in San Jose, CA This software is the only software product compatible with current design packages. The maintenance must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with existing software on systems presently installed. All current design packages are compatible with this specific software format. Any deviation to this type software will render the designs inoperable. This proprietary software and maintenance are only provided by the software publisher, Cadence Design Systems.All costs associated with this requirement must be included in the quoted price. This includes shipping and freight to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114 as well as any tariff or duty charges. No additional costs may be added after award.
