The objective of this procurement is to place the item in a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQC) long-term contract (LTC) of a maximum of five (5) years, divided into a base period of year (1-year) and four option periods of one (1-year). Option years are to be opted at the discretion of the Government. The total duration of the contract shall not exceed five (5) years. The Government will solicit the acquisition under FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) Part 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Acquisitions.
