This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: PANNGB-26-P-0000-038241 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation number shall be referenced on any written quote provided under this RFQ. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $12.5M and PSC J043-Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment-Pumps and Compressors will be utilized. Regulatory Authority: This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference (see Attachment 2). The NJ Air National Guard 177th FW requires Air Compressor annual maintenance services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). The following commercial services are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001: Base Year: Bi-Annual Preventative Maintenance; 1 JOB CLIN 0002: Base Year: Quarterly Air Samples; 1 JOB CLIN 0003: Option Year 1: Bi-Annual Preventative Maintenance; 1 JOB CLIN 0004: Option Year 1: Quarterly Air Samples; 1 JOB CLIN 0005: Option Year 2: Bi-Annual Preventative Maintenance; 1 JOB CLIN 0006: Option Year 2: Quarterly Air Samples; 1 JOB CLIN 0007: Option Year 3: Bi-Annual Preventative Maintenance; 1 JOB CLIN 0008: Option Year 3: Quarterly Air Samples; 1 JOB CLIN 0009: Option Year 4: Bi-Annual Preventative Maintenance; 1 JOB CLIN 0010: Option Year 4: Quarterly Air Samples; 1 JOB All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
