ODA Power Suite Analytics Tools Supportview on SAM.gov

ICE requires comprehensive contractor support services to ensure the ongoing sustainment, optimization, and maturation of its Microsoft Power Suite-based analytical tools. This requirement encompasses operations and maintenance support for critical systems, including the Automated Reminder and Communication System (ARCS), the Interagency Agreement (IAA) Tracker, and the Office of Budget and Program Performance (OBPP) S2 report error detection mechanism. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining system reliability, facilitating iterative updates, managing system operations, and providing end-user training to support OBPP's financial and program performance reporting.
