Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) documents will need to be submitted with the proposal to address obsolete parts. SOLE SOURCE: Offerors providing the part from the OEM (DRS Network & Imaging Systems, LLC), will be required to submit traceability with their proposal in order to be considered.
