This is a SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR 12.102(a), using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation SHALL be posted on Sam.gov (https://sam.gov/) on or before 04 September 2026. The RFQ number is N0018926QL409 . This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 (effective 13 March 2026) and DFARS Publication Notice 20260507 (effective 07 May 2026) . It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed contract action is 100% set aside for Small Businesses and is for an annual professional maintenance contract to service the facility's HVAC humidity control equipment on a monthly basis to ensure that the system continues to operate effectively and efficiently in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm, Fixed Price contract under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). The Small Business Office concurs with this determination.
