This is a non-personal services contract to provide all tools, equipment, materials and labor required to achieve the desired results described herein to perform tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, boundary line clearing, road clearing. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform tree trimming, removal, stump grinding, and clearing as defined in this Performance Work Statement
