***Update 0003: The purpose of update 0003 is to provide a copy of the current set of Government responses to submitted questions in regards to the Draft RFP. The Government has also provided an updated Draft RFP Attachment L1 AID CSS Experience Verification Worksheet. The Government intends to release the final RFP mid- September.
