The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking vendors who can provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform building envelope repairs, glazing and roofing system repairs and replacements, vestibule renovations, and installation of new access at the Fresno VA Medical Center. Work includes exterior envelope repairs to bldg. 1 and OPC elements, such as non-abrasive cleaning, inspection, restoration of terra cotta, stucco, fenestration, and related components as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), Drawings, RFI s, and Specifications attached to this solicitation.
