Must include transfer standards for 1 Torr and 1000 Torr CM. 2. Must be compatible with MKS-type CMs, also known as Baratrons. 3. Must be a portable system. 4. Calibration must be National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) traceable. 5. Must come with an integrated uninterrupted power supply (UPS). 6. Must have reading accuracy to within ±0.08% of reading or better. 7. Must be corrosion resistant. 8. Must be able to operate in temperature range between 10° Celsius (C) and 40°C.
