This is a notification that an award has been made IAW 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition, on January 28, 2026 . This contract was awarded to Merchants Foodservice (dba Performance Food Group)(Cage Code 7T383) , to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in the Mississippi and Louisiana regions. This contract, SPE300- 26-D-3010, will have a period of performance from February 1, 2026, through December 12, 2026, or until the award of a new contract. This is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for full line distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of FAR Overhaul 6.301(b). A copy of the J&A is attached to this notice.
