Portable Restroom Rental & Maintenance Services will be performed at: National Institute of Standards and Technology 100 Bureau Drive Gaithersburg MD 20899 This requirement may result in a performance-based acquisition service contract utilizing the procedures of RFO Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies, and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operations, including scheduled and unscheduled, maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that corresponds with this requirement is 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services. The small business size standard is $9 Million. If this requirement is set-aside for small businesses and socioeconomic small businesses, there will be a limitation on subcontracting, which means that at least 50 percent of the resulting contract's personnel cost shall be expended on prime contractor employees. The Period of Performance for these services will be a 1-year Base Period with four 1-year Option Periods, and a possible Extension Period not to exceed six months. This is only a request for responsible, technically qualified sources to respond in order to determine the appropriate method of procurement.
