1.0 INTRODUCTION This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to acquire a product level Technical Data Package (TDP) for the F404-GE-103 engine, to include all associated TDP for special tooling & special test equipment required to support Government Intermediate and depot (I&D) level overhaul, repair, stocklisting, part procurement, and testing. The responses will support the formulation of an acquisition strategy and whether this effort can be competitive or sole source. As such, this Sources Sought announcement provides an opportunity for small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Certified 8(a), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone Small Business (HSB), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), Historically Black College or University or Minority Institute (HBCU/MI), Indian Tribe, and Alaska Native Corporation) to participate. In accordance with FAR Part 10, Market Research, AFLCMC/LPA is seeking information for potential sources for the F404-GE-103 Engine Technical Data Package. The anticipated contract will have a estimated PoP of 24 months. Security Requirements: The Contractor shall comply with the security requirements identified in the DoDI 5200.48, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
