AMENDMENT 0002 (Issued 10 Jun 26): PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to correct an administrative error in Amendment 0001 and to replace previously unreadable solicitation attachments. 1. Administrative Correction to Amendment 0001: The final sentence of the text in Block 14 of Amendment 0001 is hereby corrected to read: "Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning a copy of this SF 30 with their proposal submission, or by acknowledging the amendment number and date in Block 19 of the SF 1442." 2. Replacement of Locked Documents: It was identified that two solicitation attachments posted to SAM.gov contained security settings preventing offeror access. The deadline for all questions regarding this solicitation is hereby changed FROM Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. CDT TO Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. CDT. A revised Section L (Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors), incorporating this corrected date in paragraph L.1.5, is attached hereto and replaces the previous version in its entirety.
