The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement Background: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Morgantown, West Virginia campus is a critical research facility that operates continuously, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. To maintain a safe, professional, and functional environment that supports ongoing research activities and occupant safety, facility infrastructure must be properly maintained. Exterior building surfaces and glazing systems are exposed to environmental contaminants, weather-related buildup, and general wear that can negatively impact the appearance of the facility, reduce natural light transmission, and contribute to premature deterioration of building materials. Periodic professional cleaning of exterior building surfaces and windows is necessary to preserve facility assets, maintain a professional appearance, and support the operational readiness of the campus. Purpose and Objectives: The purpose of this requirement is to obtain professional power washing and window cleaning services for Buildings H and L, including all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and safety provisions necessary to perform the work in accordance with industry standards and applicable OSHA safety requirements.
