Officer Training School (OTS) requires the procurement of two (2) Small Shelter System tents. These systems will be utilized to build out the OTS Blue Thunder location to provide housing for up to 175 students at a time. The procurement includes the tents, electrical distribution kits, lighting, fire extinguishers, and on-site delivery/installation at Maxwell AFB to directly support the "OTS-Victory" initiative. The baseline reference for the shelter system is the CAMSS Shelter PN: CAMSS-HIT-20QM4W, Brand Name or Equal. Vendors proposing equal or superior products must demonstrate compliance with all performance characteristics IAW Attachment 1. SOR.
