MFRC A/V Upgradeview on SAM.gov

The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIOA) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a turnkey commercial Audio/Visual and Video Teleconferencing (AV/VTC) system upgrade for the Military & Family Readiness Center (Building B6001). This requirement includes the de-installation of legacy AV equipment and the procurement, installation, custom room-combining control programming, testing, training, and 3-year extended warranty support for a modernized AV system across three (3) divisible classrooms. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside . To be eligible for award, vendors must maintain an active registration in SAM.gov under NAICS Code 541512 (Computer Systems Design Services) . All work must be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 2 - PWS AV Upgrade 9 Apr 26) attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation. Instructions to offerors and evaluation criteria are set forth in Attachment 1 - Combo Synopsis-Solicitation v.2 (09_14_2026) MFRC AV Upgrade. The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to adjust Attachment 1 - Combo Synopsis-Solicitation v.2 14 Sept 26 MFRC AV Upgrade to align with Attachment 2 - PWS AV Upgrade 9 Apr 26. As a result of this amendment, the proposal submission deadline is extended from 16 Sept 2026 to 18 Sept 2026. A Q&A has also been posted with photos of the space and equipment.
