NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE SOURCE: The Federal Aviation Administration intends to award a single source contract to Weston Solutions, Inc. (Weston). The FAA Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) has a requirement for Environmental Architecture and Engineering (A&E) services. Site work required will be located at the FAA Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) The Government conducted market research, including posting a market survey on SAM.gov on March 18, 2026, Notice ID: MRKTSVY-26-RFI-ENVIRO_A_E to identify sources capable of performing the requirements identified in the Statement of Work (SOW). Nine contractors responded to the market survey, consisting of six small businesses and three large businesses. Responses were evaluated against the full range of technical, engineering, environmental, remediation, laboratory, investigation, regulatory, and operational requirements identified in the SOW and documented in the Government's market survey evaluation matrix.
