The purpose of this Amendment No. 2 is to: 1. Post all RFP Questions and Answers to this solicitation as an Attachment. 2. Updates to add Attachment 1. Russian and Kazakhstan Medical Facilities - Aug 2026_Amendment 2.pdf to include additional notes of where the staging areas are for Soyuz landing zones.
