Outdoor pad-mounted manually operated gear rated 17.5 kV maximum, 95kV Bl 600 AMPERES rms symmetrical continuous, 16,000 amperes RMS symmetrical short-circuit. Furnished with four load-interrupter switch ways, for switching of main feeders, taps, laterals, and sub loops. Each way provided with 600A dead-break bushings with components encapsulated in an environmentally friendly solid-dielectric insulating material. S&C Visi-Gap Load-Interrupter Switches use a vacuum interrupter in series with a manually operated two-position (CLOSE-OPEN) Isolating disconnect for three- pole live switching of 60-ampere three-phase circuits.
