Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) supports the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) by collaborating with the Georgian Coast Guard to install Automatic Identification Systems (AIS) equipment. This comprehensive effort includes systems requirements development, design review and testing, materials procurement and integration, site selection, installation, verification, and sustainment training. This is critical for global maritime domain awareness and detection of illicit activity in the Black Sea. This specific procurement is for microwave data link hardware required to network remote AIS receive stations with the Volpe Center's Maritime Safety and Security Information System (MSSIS). REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order as a result of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. Please provide a firm fixed price quotation in accordance with the attached list of contract line items (CLINs), twelve (12) items and terms and conditions. An amount must be entered for each CLIN. Items cited on the attachment are for brand name only, an equal product will not be accepted. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance for this SOW is from date of award through 10/31/2026.
