This is a Sources Sought Notice / RFI only. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice / RFI is to gain information about potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 339113 (size standard of 800 Employees). Responses to this Sources Sought Notice / RFI will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. STATEMENT OF WORK Scope: The Department of Veterans Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System is seeking a contractor to provide therapy chairs equivalent to the PINESTAR Injection/Resting Chair Model 214-210 and a blanket warming cabinet equivalent to the PINESTAR Model PTI-750 to ensure stable, appropriate seating for patients receiving injections or needing supervised rest during inpatient and outpatient procedures. Both the therapy chair and blanket warmer cabinet are provided for patient comfort during the Nuclear Medicine procedures.
