Parking spaces shall be secured and illuminated in accordance with ISCFacility Security Level requirements as determined by the Federal Protective Service (FPS). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance-flood-plain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain). Other upgrades as determined by the agency Additional Security Enhancements The upgrades identified above represent the minimum scope required to bring the facility to a fully secured operational environment based on conditions observed during the site assessment. As design, construction, and commissioning progress, additional security enhancements may be identified and may become necessary to address conditions not apparent at the time of the initial survey, to meet evolving operational requirements.
