Waveguide Product Improvementview on SAM.gov

Award of a cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) order N00024-26-F-5345 under basic ordering agreement N00024-22-G-5311 to Raytheon Company, Marlborough, Massachusetts for the waveguide product improvement effort, which includes the design and delivery of the coupler with window ordnance alteration (ORDALT). A CPFF-completion is appropriate to handle this procurement due to the uncertainties involved in the design and engineering efforts that do not allow for a fixed-price contract type to be used. This action was not competitively procured in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 6.103-1 as Raytheon is the only source with the proprietary design data and engineering expertise required to perform this waveguide ORDALT modification without causing unacceptable delays or duplication of costs.
