Standing Rock Hospital – Fort Yates, North Dakota 2. Great Plains Area Youth Regional Treatment Center (YRTC) – Wakpala, South Dakota The resultant contract is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed-Price Base plus Four (4) Option Year contract for comprehensive HVAC preventative maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, emergency response, and related mechanical system services.
