Main Street Suite 757 Littleton, CO 80120 This is done under authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1: Only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Market research revealed that Broadnet is the only internet townhall provider capable of providing the needed services for a quarterly online townhall to service the Veteran community within the Omaha, NE region (see attached Statement of Work for requirements). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 512110 and the Product Service Code (PSC) is R499. While this synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement.
