This is a request for information notice only. This is not a request for proposals and no contract shall be awarded based on this notice. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin is conducting market research in order to determine the availability and capability of companies for the project listed below. Project 1. Asphalt IDIQ FY26-29, Fort McCoy, WI, Project Magnitude is $19,133,771.00 Solicitation Number W911SA26BA006 WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED BY Aug 2029. Anticipated award by EOM Aug 2026. SYNOPSIS: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the work under this contract including but not limited to: 1. Construct new asphalt roadways and parking areas. 2. Place and compact aggregate base course, subbase, culverts, and other work as necessary to construct new work. 3. Install erosion control measures when specified. 4. Supply, deliver, and dump hot mix asphalt into government operated paving equipment to areas located on Fort McCoy, WI in support of Troop Projects. Potential sources shall be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities and equipment required to accomplish the work. The type of solicitation issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought or any follow up information requests. Mission and Installation Contracting Command's determination on how to complete the proposed requirement will be based on responses to this notice and is the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer.
