Naval Supply Center (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk (N00189)'s intent of this announcement is to identify qualified and experienced sources for a contract vehicle that will provide Academic Instructor and Tutor services in support of Naval Service Training Command's Future Sailor Preparatory Program at Recruit Training Command (RTC) as defined in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
