Extensions will not be granted unless the CO determines it¿s in the best interest of the Government. Contract Structure: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) intends to award one firm-fixed price contract for Architect-Engineering Services. Required SAM Registration: To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and active by the closing of this announcement. Failure to register in SAM.gov may render a firm ineligible for award. SAM registration is free of charge and can be completed at www.sam.gov. SELECTION OF THE MOST HIGHLY QUALIFIED FIRMS AFTER SF 330 EVALUATIONS: Following the board¿s evaluation of SF330s, selection of up to five (5) of the most highly qualified firms will be determined and discussions will be held with these firms in accordance with FAR 36.602-1 (c). All firms of the most highly qualified firms will be asked similar questions, which may include topics such as experience, capabilities, capacity, organization, management, quality control procedures, and approach for the project, as appropriate.
