The offloading platform ties into the existing elevation and alignment of the CDF dike. The offloading platform will be used by various entities and will be mostly utilized by marine operations as a transfer site to offload equipment to include but not limited to dozers, excavators, off-road trucks, material handlers, cranes, and 18 inch (O.D.) HDPE pipe. The platform will also be utilized as a material transfer site for dredged material and material staging area for CDF maintenance.
