This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Aircrew Flight Equipment Services at Columbus Air Force Base in Columbus, Mississippi. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a detailed description and salient characteristics of the services sought in this solicitation. The 14th Contracting Squadron of Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Project performance period is a base year plus four optional one-year periods; from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2031. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
