The anticipated contract type will be hybrid with the First Article Testing requirement being a Cost Plus Fixed Fee CLIN and the rest of the requirements being under Firm Fixed Price CLINs. b. This Market Research tool is being used to identify potential technologies and eligible firms, of all sizes, prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a solicitation.
