The Government seeks capability information from qualified vendors able to provide the following categories of services on an anticipated Time-and-Materials basis: Forensic psychological and psychiatric evaluations and consultations , including security clearance adjudication support and LEO fitness for duty psychological evaluations Subject matter expert (SME) mental health consultations by forensic psychologists, psychiatrists, or licensed clinical social workers LEO physical examinations and medication reviews conducted by board-certified occupational medicine physicians per ACOEM Law Enforcement Standards Embedded doctoral-level forensic psychology support for DOS Consular Affairs and FBSS operations, requiring TS/SCI clearance eligibility Part-time program management by a master's-level nurse, requiring TS clearance eligibility Vendors should note that certain positions require active security clearances (TS/SCI or TS) and credential verification through MED's Quality Management Team.
