Construction Magnitude: In accordance with DFAR 236.204, the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $25,000,000 and $40,000,000. Site Visit: An organized site visit has been scheduled for-- 7 July 2026 from 10:00-12:30 Contractors will meet in the parking lot across from Building 2336 at the corner of Mustang St and Eagle Ave. Contractors interested in attending the site visit need to email Dedrick Smith (Dedrick.
