US Government Seeks Sources for Leased Office and Related Spaceview on SAM.gov

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, on behalf of the U.S. Government, is inquiring into available office and related space for lease in Eagle Pass, Texas. The Government is seeking to lease between a minimum of 1,500 and a maximum of 2,500 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of existing Class A or B retail or office space in or around the 78852-zip code area. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, telecommunication infrastructure setup, and non-productive agency downtime. The ideal space must meet strict building specifications, including full compliance with all federal, state, and local ordinances, and force protection standards in accordance with the Department of Defense's Unified Facilities Criteria. The property must be outfitted with either designated or open parking, and the offered space must not be located within a 100-year flood plain. An initial fully serviced one-year lease with four one-year options is intended, and the space must be fully built-out and ready for occupancy no later than August 30, 2026. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the building name, address, ownership details, accurate floor plan drawings, and digital photos of the property's street view. Submissions must also detail the exact area measurements in both BOMA rentable square feet and ANSI/BOMA Office Area usable square feet, the fully serviced rental rate per square foot inclusive of operational expenses, utilities, and janitorial services, and the Common Area Factor for the available space, if applicable. Interested parties may submit their expressions of interest to Mark Hansen at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, ATTN: CESWF-RE-A, 819 Taylor Street, Rm 2A06, Fort Worth, TX 76102-0300. Inquiries and electronic submissions may also be directed via telephone at 817-886-1790 or via email at mark.hansen@usace.army.mil. All expressions of interest must be received no later than 5:00 PM CST on August 16, 2026
