Justification: This sole source procurement is justified under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) as ACAMS is the only known source capable of meeting the agency's requirements. ACAMS is the sole authorized vendor to provide, develop and deliver the content, design, and operation of ACAMS Moneylaundering.com, an original news, information and intelligence tool established for the global anti-financial crime professional community.
