Q: Generator Monitoring System (CLIN 0005): The PWS states the current monitoring system is to be assessed, with a proposal for replacement or upgrade provided as part of the contractor's assessment prior to PM beginning. Can the Government confirm whether it intends for the contractor to furnish and install a new monitoring system, or to maintain/service the existing system? If a system is currently installed, can the Government identify the make/vendor so offerors can scope accurately?
