If a system is currently installed, can the Government identify the make/vendor so offerors can scope accurately? A: Intent is to maintain/service current system and or upgrade current system if upgrades are available or needed, not replace with any new system. Q: Monitoring system pricing: Should the cost of any replacement/upgrade monitoring system (including hardware and any multi-year monitoring/communication service) be priced as a separate CLIN/line item, or included within the maintenance CLINs?
