NOTICE TO INTERESTED VENDORS This Sources Sought Notice is being issued for market research purposes in support of acquisition planning and to determine the availability of qualified Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of satisfying the Government's requirements under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. § 47, and applicable implementing regulations. The Government is seeking information from qualified ISBEEs and IEEs capable of providing a web-based accreditation and compliance management system meeting the requirements identified herein. Responses will be used to assess the availability of Indian-owned businesses and to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy. In addition to capability information, respondents shall identify whether they qualify as an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) or Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) and provide documentation supporting such status. If insufficient responses are received from qualified ISBEEs or IEEs, the Government may expand its market research to other small business concerns and/or pursue another acquisition strategy as permitted by applicable regulations. BACKGROUND Fort Yuma Health Care Center (FYHCC) requires a comprehensive, web-based Strategic Quality Support System (SQSS) or equivalent accreditation and compliance management system to support Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) accreditation readiness and ongoing healthcare quality management activities. The system must support the management, tracking, documentation, reporting, and monitoring of accreditation, compliance, quality assurance, risk management, credentialing, patient safety, emergency preparedness, and performance improvement activities.
