Amendment 0001 Summary The purpose of this amendment is to: Revise the NAICS code from 441227 – Motorcycle, ATV, and All Other Motor Vehicle Dealers , with a small business size standard of $40 million , to 811114 – Specialized Automotive Repair , with a small business size standard of $9 million ; Revise the Product Service Code from 2340 – Motorcycles, Motor Scooters, and Bicycles to J023 – Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment: Ground Effect Vehicles, Motor Vehicles, Trailers, and Cycles ; and Revise the transportation and place of performance requirements to clarify that the Government may provide delivery and pickup of the UTVs when the Contractor's facility is located within 50 miles driving distance of TRACEN Cape May. For Contractor facilities located more than 50 miles driving distance from TRACEN Cape May, the Contractor shall provide pickup of the UTVs from TRACEN Cape May and return delivery upon completion of the work at no additional cost to the Government. Offerors located more than 50 miles driving distance from TRACEN Cape May must include confirmation in their quotation that pickup and return delivery are included in the total firm-fixed price.
