Items never used nor altered in any way. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) does not commit the U.S. Government to make any award, and the U.S. Government may cancel this RFQ or any part of it. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. The Government will evaluate complete bids first. If no complete, technically acceptable bids are received, the Government reserves the right to evaluate partial bids and make award on a lowest-priced, technically acceptable line-item basis.
