Electronic waste (E-waste), ADP equipment, and data-bearing devices are expressly excluded from this contract. All material is sold strictly for recycling as material content only. Resale, transfer, or disposition as usable property is prohibited. Contract Structure • Base Period: One (1) Year • Option Periods: Two (2) One-Year Options • Maximum Contract Term: Three (3) Years • Government Extension Option: Up to Six (6) Months This is a removal-based sales contract. Pricing is based on completed removal events and not on weight, commodity indices, or market pricing. Service Area The contract service area consists of eligible Federal facilities located within a fifty (50) mile radius of the center of Washington, DC.
