Access to the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) Systemview on SAM.gov

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD FOR THE PUBLIC ACCESS TO COURT ELECTRONIC RECORDS (PACER) SYSTEM. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), on behalf of the Enforcement & Removal Operations (ERO), intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to the Pacer Service Center for access to the PACER system. There is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement as the statewide emergency communication service required is only available from the and no other agency offers those services. Services that will be acquired using FAR Part 13 procedures and the anticipated award will be made under the authority of FAR 13.106-l(b) (l)(i), Soliciting from a single source.
