F--aerial Phragmites Treatment for Cape Hatteras Natiview on SAM.gov

The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to attach a revised Statement of Work that removes ground treatment as an optional task and includes it as a primary task in conjunction with aerial spraying and establishes a quantity of acres to be treated. Contractors should disregard the initial SOW that was attached the solicitation. The proposal due date is extended until September 2, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
