Description: This is a construction contract for the National Cemetery Administration (VA/NCA) to expand Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri. The project involves developing approximately 33.6 acres of undeveloped land to create 36,511 new gravesites including pre-placed crypts, traditional casket sites, in-ground cremation sites, and columbarium niches extending the cemetery's burial capacity through FY 2045 to serve an estimated 208,000 veterans within a 75-mile service area.
