The purpose of this Sources Sought is to determine the availability, interest, and technical capability of qualified business concerns who demonstrated capabilities in meeting the project description listed below and to receive critical feedback from industry experts regarding the feasibility of the proposed schedule, staffing, and technical requirements. The proposed work is to be performed under the following North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code: 237310 — Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. Both large and small business firms are encouraged to respond to this Sources Sought notice. However, if sufficient numbers of small business firms demonstrate interest, capabilities, and qualifications, the Government may choose to set-aside the acquisition for small businesses. For the purposes of this procurement, a firm is a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $45,000,000.00.
