The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 333132. This RFQ is set-aside for small business. Only small business sources may submit a quote for consideration by the agency. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), located at 626 Cochran Mill Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15236, has a requirement for a Hassler Core Holder, Floating Piston Accumulator and High-pressure Sight Glass. EVALUATION: Selection will be based on the vendor’s quote that is considered technically acceptable with the lowest firm-fixed price. The Government anticipates issuing a single award from this RFQ. To be considered for evaluation, vendors shall submit descriptive literature detailing features, technical capabilities, and warranty data (as necessary). Technical acceptability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this solicitation in meeting the attached Specifications requirements.
