This is a Sources Sought Notice / RFI only. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice / RFI is to gain information about potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 339113 (size standard of 1,000 Employees). The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources capable of providing Surgical Tables. Contract Title: Surgical Tables Scope: This is a request to purchase two (2) MAX5 Surgical Tables for the Pain Clinic/Anesthesia Department at Raymond G. Murphy VA Medical Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Background: VA Albuquerque Healthcare System Pain Clinic/Anesthesia services require a procurement of Two (2) each of surgical tables equivalent to MAX5 Surgical Tables System that is necessary to meet patient safety & clinical requirements. Old surgical tables have reached lifetime repair cap per Biomed and are no longer eligible for repairs.
