Solicitation number : 1240BE26Q0065 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) Project : Willamette NF, MF 26-1 Willamette Complex North Suppression Repair Road Maintenance This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside . The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, Subdivision 13 - Repair and Maintenance . The small business size standard is $ 45 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation to be considered by the agency. Award Type: It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order will be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to make one award from this solicitation. Therefore, to be considered responsive, contractors must submit pricing for all items. Statement of Requirement : Maintain roads and manage vegetation growth to ensure safe and productive road conditions. Specifically, repairing damage to road surfaces and drainage structures during suppression of the 2024 Willamette Complex fire. Work areas may be reached by Forest roads that are accessible by a standard two-wheel drive pickup equipped with snow tires and chains, if needed, during normal operating seasons, unless otherwise indicated on Project Maps. Vehicles shall not operate off-system roads without prior written approval. All work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable codes, and standards.
