Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 1 Minuteman Way BLDG M, Concord NH, 03301. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The NH Air National Guard requires the following items: CLIN 0001: Wireless Automated Hearing Test System AC (WAHTS) (QTY= 4 EA) BRAND NAME ONLY see attached J&A for rationale of brand name requirement. Must meet the following salient characteristics: Includes mobile audiology headset, tablet with wifi/internet capabilities, calibration output check fixture, with micro USB chargers and cables, and quick start guide all bundled in a padded, durable, rugged, and protective case. Headset and tablet need to maintain 8 full hours of a charge. Mobile headset needs to have a tablet to operate the headset. Headset/tablet must be capable of doing multiple test procedures including: Audiometric testing and hearing protector fit testing. High attenuation range should be 32-40 dB for octave bands ranging 250-8000 Hz. Hearing tests need to take less than 11 minutes and fit testing need to be less than 6 minutes. Shipping, handling, and 12 months of software access should be included in total cost.
