Amendment 0001 contains changes to the anticipated work schedule for second year of construction. An in-water work waiver was approved which allows second year construction to begin on 15 APRIL 2027. This posting is a solicitation to award a contract for a project on the Lorain Harbor on Lake Erie in the state of Ohio. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 237990 ? Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competitive procurement. The magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The USACE, Buffalo District, requires the repair and rehabilitation of the Lorain Harbor West Breakwater in Lorain, Ohio. The breakwater is critical for harbor protection and safe navigation. The project will restore the structural integrity of the breakwater, which has experienced significant deterioration due to age and environmental conditions.
